We're looking for a writer with a feature film script that can be paired with a short proof of concept, max 10 minutes.
Writer Call-Out
Actors-producers, Agata Nielsen and Gregory Scott are seeking a writer for a feature film that can also be introduced through a short proof of concept (max 10 minutes).
Writers at any experience level are welcome.
Existing scripts that fit the brief are especially encouraged, though collaborative development is welcome.
What are we looking for:
- A feature with two strong lead characters (Agata & Gregory) — a grounded, authoritative male (he/him) with underlying vulnerability, and a sharp, determined female with dry humour. Written as two compelling leads (not a couple).
- Preferred genre: psychological thriller/horror, crime, fantasy, dark comedy. We're after something innovative and surprising — no clichés, and nothing "silly." A darker tone works best for us across genres.
- Horror should lean psychological: tension, paranoia or paranormal elements, landed with a clever twist — no blood or gore.
- Feature film script targeting a micro budget of £100,000.
- The short is capped at £10,000, ideally filming in or just outside London.
- First draft preferred; a strong treatment with a clear, confident vision will also be considered.
